The Caring Network

The Caring Network is composed of the minister and a small group of people who either have special knowledge, interest or professional expertise to share with members of the congregation and others who need physical, emotional, spiritual, and/or physical help in a time of need.  Our congregation manifests our caring ministry by sharing ourselves, our skills and talents with members of our congregation and others.  Some of the services we provide are:
  • Hot home cooked meals delivered to the home
  • Cards and visits to the sick, frail elders, and those in need of support
  • Organize teams to help with packing, moving, or cleaning as needed
  • Visits to members who are hospitalized and support to the family
  • Assistance during a time of loss and grief
  • Alerting the minister to situations needing his attention
  • Acting as a referral source to those who need emotional, mental, spiritual, physical and  medical help
