Transformative Action

As Unitarian Universalists we know we can make a difference in our own lives and in the world around us. We cherish and affirm the individual, the right of conscience, the democratic process, and the interdependent web of life. We put these values into action,  transformative action, to challenge civil injustice and develop sustainable living. To help us carry out these missions, we have our Social Justice and Green Sanctuary committees, Sunday sales of Fair Trade goods, and Sunday collections of food for a local food bank, and hygiene items for the homeless. We generally have many activities, projects, and forums in the works, the specifics of which may be found on our calendarin our newsletter, and announced or otherwise referenced at Sunday service. If you have questions ask any member and they will help guide you.
